SHIPPING
We are pleased to offer shipping to customers in Germany and the United Kingdom.
All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from Germany with attention to detail, ensuring a smooth and reliable delivery experience.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday and are generally prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days after receipt of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation including your tracking number.

Shipments to the United Kingdom are dispatched from Germany via DHL on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis.
UK CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
For shipments to the United Kingdom, the purchase price and shipping fee do not include any UK import VAT, customs duties, tariffs or customs and handling fees that may apply upon import.
These charges are determined by the relevant UK authorities and/or the carrier and are payable by the recipient.
SUSHILA BAEHR does not collect these charges at checkout and cannot determine or predict their amount.
Any applicable import charges must be paid by the recipient for the shipment to be customs cleared and delivered.
If a shipment is refused or cannot be delivered because applicable import charges have not been paid, any resulting costs, including return shipping, customs charges, taxes or other fees, may be charged to the recipient.
Import duties, import VAT and customs or handling fees charged to the recipient are not refundable by SUSHILA BAEHR, including in the event of a return of the goods.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information is generally activated within 24 hours of dispatch.
